Once again it's time for our voices to be heard! We all know that Democracy dies in the Darkness! There will be two seats up for election come November. If you are considering a run at one of these seats, see the info below (taken from votesumnertn.org).
Candidate Information
First day to pull a petition was Monday, June 22, 2026
Potential candidates should be aware that before raising or spending any money, an Appointment of Political Treasurer form must be filed with the Sumner County Election Commission. Additional candidate information can be found on votesumnertn.org under the Resources tab.
Qualifying deadline August 20, 2026 at NOON
